Reliant Pest Control & Wildlife Services (“Reliant”, “we”, “us”) provides pest and wildlife services from Mississauga, Ontario. This policy explains how we handle information collected through reliantpestcontrol.ca and related service enquiries.

Information you provide
Our service-request form asks for your Full Name, Phone Number and Message. Your Email Address is optional. We also receive information you choose to provide when you contact us by email, telephone or a linked messaging service.
Please include only information relevant to your enquiry. Do not send payment-card details, passwords or sensitive personal documents through the form.
Technical information
When you submit the form, its notification includes the submission date and time, page URL, your IP address and browser user agent (technical information about your browser and device). IP address and user agent are also selected for storage with Elementor submissions.
The form uses a hidden honeypot field to help identify automated spam. It does not require you to complete a CAPTCHA.
How we use information
We use enquiry information to respond to you, discuss the services you request, arrange any agreed next steps and provide customer service. Technical submission information helps us understand where an enquiry came from, troubleshoot the form and identify misuse.
Submitting this form does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list or confirm an appointment.
Storage and service providers
Our website uses WordPress and Elementor. The Contact form is configured to save submissions within the website and send an email notification to our business inbox, info@reliantpestcontrol.ca. Copies can therefore exist in both website storage and email.
SiteGround provides website hosting. Our hosting and email service providers process information needed to store the website and handle messages. Information may also be available to people authorized to manage enquiries or maintain the website. We may disclose information where required or permitted by law, or with your consent.
Provider systems and backups may involve processing outside your province or Canada; this policy does not promise Canadian-only storage.
Website features and external links
The floating Chaty contact button opens a telephone link. Some service pages also link to WhatsApp. If you choose an external messaging or other third-party link, that provider handles your interaction under its own privacy terms.
WordPress uses cookies for authorized sign-in and administration. You do not need a website account to submit a service enquiry. You can manage cookies in your browser; blocking them can affect sign-in or other site functions.
Retention and safeguards
Enquiry information may remain in website submissions, email and backups. Retention depends on the enquiry, any resulting service relationship, applicable record-keeping requirements and the systems holding the records. We do not promise a single automatic deletion period for all copies.
The website uses HTTPS, and access to stored submissions requires authorized website access. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Please contact us if you have a concern about information you submitted.
Your privacy questions and requests
Contact us to ask about our privacy practices, request access to or correction of your personal information, or discuss deletion or withdrawal of consent for further use. We may need to verify your identity before responding. Requests are considered under applicable law, including any requirements to retain records.
You may contact us by phone or email instead of using the form. If you do not provide contact information needed for a reply, we may be unable to respond to your enquiry.
