Reliant provides pest control, rodent control, wildlife removal and exclusion services for residential and commercial properties.
Different problems require different approaches. A mouse problem inside a home is not handled the same way as a wasp nest, cockroach infestation, raccoon entry point or wildlife activity under a deck or shed.
That is why we focus on the actual conditions at the property rather than trying to fit every customer into the same service.
Depending on the situation, the work may involve treatment, trapping, monitoring, wildlife removal, one-way-door exclusion, entry-point sealing, proofing or a combination of appropriate services.
When additional exclusion or structural work is separate from the initial service, we explain that clearly rather than presenting everything as though it is automatically included.

Reliant provides service for common pest and rodent problems affecting homes and businesses, including mice, rats, cockroaches, bed bugs, wasps and hornets, along with other pest-control services where appropriate.
The service approach varies depending on the pest, the level of activity and the conditions found at the property.
Wildlife Removal
Wildlife problems require a different approach from insect or rodent treatments.
Reliant provides wildlife removal services for raccoons, squirrels, skunks, birds and groundhogs where appropriate.
The removal method depends on the animal, the location, site conditions and factors such as dependent young or active nesting conditions.
Exclusion & Proofing
Removing or controlling an active problem and preventing future access are not always the same service.
Reliant also provides exclusion and proofing work where appropriate, including securing entry points, vent protection, deck and shed proofing and other property-specific exclusion work.
When exclusion or structural work is separate from the initial service, we explain that distinction clearly.
